In-Person Class Schedule 2025

I teach two studio classes  and several corporate and one-to-one classes during the week. Please contact me if you are interested in corporate/private classes.

MY CLASSES

YOGA AND MEDITATION

Light Centre Monument, Mondays 6-7pm. Book through the centre.

Sixty minutes.
A mindful focus, foundational asanas and simple transitioning to allow you to generate a meditational practice. We practice Pranayama or Seated meditation after Savasana.

PRIVATE CLASSES

One to one classes in your home or a booked studio space. Contact me to discuss how yoga can be explored in more depth with supportive adjustments, tailored practices, and dedication to an ongoing expansion and development of your unique practice.

ASHTANGA VINYASA YOGA, PRANAYAMA AND MEDITATION

Light Centre Monument, Tuesdays 6:30-7:45pm. Book through the centre.

75 minutes. 

Work through postures of the primary and second series of the Ashtanga yoga series, with some variations - not a strict Ashtanga sequence but following similar principles. Finish with pranayama and savasana.

STRONG & SIMPLE ASANA SEQUENCE

Travel Still Yoga Live Online - Thursdays 5:30-6:45 pm

Seventy-five minutes.
A regular sequence to repeat: woven from a sequence taught to me by my teacher, and derived from the Ashtanga primary series. Repetition, with small variations... we also practice based on your practice.

CORPORATE, ONE-TO-ONE AND BESPOKE CLASSES

Whilst we remain in isolation in order to reduce the spread of the corona virus/Covid-19, I can still offer you private (one-to-one) classes and bespoke classes for corporate staff groups online via Zoom. Please contact me for more information.
